Our Origins in Cheese: From a cheese shop in Cambridge Massachusetts to your cheese board, Bonnie's Jams are designed for pairing.

Bonnie’s Jams produces non-GMO, artisan jams, made with simple, clean ingredients, with twice the fruit and half the sugar of most jams on the market. All of our jams start with fruit picked at the peak of ripeness. Add to that a bit of sugar and lemon juice, slow cooked, with no shortcuts, and no pectin in any of our fruit jams. Bursting with simple, delicious flavors. Each of our flavors is designed to specifically pair with cheese, highlighting and enhancing your cheeseboard experience.

Bonnie's Jams contain 2X the fruit and 1/2 the sugar of most jams on the market today. With the exception of our Red Pepper Conserve, none of our products contain any added pectin, which means we cook our conserves up to 4X as long as others to ensure that the natural fruit pectin help our jams set and that the true flavors of the fruit shine through!

In addition to being the perfect accompaniment to cheese, try our jams in some of your favorite recipes: Apricot Orange and Peach Ginger make an intensely flavored glaze for chicken, duck and ribs; blend in some of our Strawberry Rhubarb or Raspberry Lime Rickey into your next smoothie; create a show-stopping crostata with our Black and Blue; or try some Red Pepper Jelly in your favorite Bloody Mary recipe.
