How do you expect shipping to go this year?

Over the past 2 years so many people adapted to shopping online with small stores like us and staying connected by mailing gifts and care packages to family & friends far and wide, it's been amazing to see and be a part of! Unfortunately all sectors are still dealing with national & global shipping delays due to compounding issues. We so wish we could do something about this and make sure your holidays run according to plan, but once we hand a package to a carrier it's out of our hands - pun absolutely intended. The good news is that despite the massive delays in 2020 every single package we sent during the holiday season made it to it's destination (even if some did get delivered in January - better late than never)! We expect that we will see similar delays this holiday season and ask that our customers get orders in ASAP as we cannot guarantee any ship times or estimates made by carriers.

How can I shop?

You can shop with us a few different ways depending on your comfort level! A quick note: If you are looking for in store pick up or local delivery we recommend not using ShopPay/ApplePay/GooglePay or PayPal as these services will automatically chose the cheapest shipping option rather than giving you the ability to select your preferred method. Read on for more details on in store & online shopping.

  • Shop in store... We ask that customers wear masks & make sure they are properly on, covering nose and mouth, before coming in - though following the CDC recommendations children under 3 of course do not need to wear a mask. We do have extra masks should you forget yours, and all the hand sanitizer of course!
  • Shop online... for in store pick up, free local delivery in the 19130 & 19121 zip codes (orders over $20), or shipping nationwide. We know shopping online isn't always easier when you don't know what you're looking for so feel free to call the shop (215.787.0611) or shoot us an email (orders@aliswagon.com) with any questions or for personal shopping help.

How do pick ups work & how fast can my order be ready?

Pick ups are super easy - once you receive the notification your order is ready (via text or email, whichever you chose at checkout) just come by during open hours, we'll hand it off to you and that's it! We usually get orders ready within a couple hours when open. That being said if you need your order in a certain time frame just give us a call and let us know so we can let you know a realistic timeline for when we'll have your order ready.

How does local delivery work and how soon can I expect delivery?

Local delivery is FREE for any order over $20 for our neighbors in the 19130 & 19121 zip codes! Delivery will happen within 3 days of the order being placed and we will contact you to confirm a good time for drop off once the order is ready. If you need your order sooner feel free to contact us to see if it's possible to arrange a time that works for you and we'll do our best to accomodate.

What are current pick up hours?

Monday - Friday: 11 am - 6 pm

Saturday & Sunday: 10 am - 5 pm

I would love to have my gift wrapped, a note included, etc. Can you do that?

Of course! On the cart page you'll notice a box at the bottom that says "add a note to your order". Let us know there if your order contains any gift items that need to be wrapped, as well as what goes with what if there are multiple gifts on the order. If you are shipping directly to the gift recipient you can also let us know in the notes section what message or to/from we should include with the gift. Sometimes people to purchase a card for a specific occasion with their order and have us write a note in that card, otherwise notes are written on Ali's Wagon enclosure cards. We of course remove all price tags before wrapping!
