Thank you for being the reason our small shop made it through 2020! It wasn't an easy year to be a small biz (or in general!) but the way you adapted to things like shopping online with us, placing orders for in-store pick up, and the safety procedures we put in place has been amazing. Every single order we receive makes a difference, and while we may not be able to thank you in person these days please know how grateful we are for your support!
With safety and our community in mind we feel it is best for our customers, staff, neighborhood, city for us to close for in-store browsing as we see an increase in cases across the country as well as new, more transmissible, strains of Covid-19. During this time we are still in store daily fulfilling orders for in store pick up, free local delivery in the 19130 & 19121 zip codes, and mailing nationwide!

How can I shop?
You can shop with us a few different ways - shop online for in store pick up, free local delivery in the 19130 & 19121 zip codes, or shipping nationwide. We know shopping online isn't always easier when you don't know what you're looking for though so feel free to call the shop (215.787.0611) or shoot us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any questions or for personal shopping help. We're also perfecting the art of curbside shopping, if you want to stop by and see something in person we're more than happy to help you at the door!
How do pick ups work & how fast can my order be ready?
Though we will be closed for in store browsing through January 14th, 2021 we know and love that we are often the last minute stop for gifts and little things to make you smile and want to remain a convenient place to shop! We will never ask you to make an appointment for pick up, just come by during current hours and knock on the door for help. If you need your order same day we can usually get it ready within the hour - just give us a call and let us know when you were hoping to come by and we'll let you know when we can have your order ready.
What are current pick up hours?
Tuesday - Friday: 11 am - 6 pm
Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 10 am - 3 pm
I would love to have my gift wrapped, a note included, etc. Can you do that?
Of course! On the cart page you'll notice a box at the bottom that says "add a note to your order". Let us know there if your order contains any gift items that need to be wrapped, as well as what goes with what if there are multiple gifts on the order. If you are shipping directly to the gift recipient you can also let us know in the notes section what message or to/from we should include with the gift. Sometimes people to purchase a card for a specific occasion with their order and have us write a note in that card, otherwise notes are written on Ali's Wagon enclosure cards.
General shipping updates...
This year so many people adapted to shopping online with small stores like us and staying connected by mailing packages to family & friends far and wide, it was amazing to see! Unfortunately due to COVID-19 all carriers were already working with smaller teams and absent workers due to illness & exposure, so even with holiday help dealing with an unprecedented 3X the volume of packages sent last year resulted in severe delays with shipping carriers even now still working to deliver packages in their backlog. We've seen packages saying "on the way to the next facility" for weeks show up a month after being sent, and other packages travel from coast to coast in 3 days flat. There is truly no rhyme or reason and we understand that can be very frustrating! If you have any issues with a package we sent please do not hesitate to reach out so we can keep track of it and follow up with a carrier as needed. Carriers and drivers are working overtime to deliver your packages to you and we so appreciate your patience & understanding with the current situation!
