Thank you for being the reason our small shop is still standing!! The way you have adapted to things like shopping online with us, placing orders for in-store pick up, and all the safety procedures we've put in place has been amazing. Every single order we receive makes a difference, and while we may not be able to thank you in person as much these days please know how grateful we are for your support!

How can I shop?
You can shop with us a few different ways!
- Shop in store - yes, really, in store shopping is back! We just ask that customers make sure masks are properly on, covering nose and mouth, before coming in - though following the CDC recommendations children under 3 of course do not need to wear a mask. We will ask you to sanitize your hands immediately upon entry. If you have an allergy and would prefer to wash your hands please let us know so we can accommodate you. Extra masks and gloves are available for those that wish to use them.
- Shop online for - in store pick up, free local delivery in the 19130 & 19121 zip codes, or shipping nationwide. We know shopping online isn't always easier when you don't know what you're looking for so feel free to call the shop (215.787.0611) or shoot us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any questions or for personal shopping help. We're also perfecting the art of curbside shopping, if you're not shop in store we're more than happy to help you at the door!
How do pick ups work & how fast can my order be ready?
Pick ups are super easy - once you receive the notification your order is ready (via text or email, whichever you chose at checkout) just come by during open hours and knock on the door. We'll hand it off to you and that's it! We usually get orders ready within a couple hours. That being said if you need your order in a certain time frame just give us a call and let us know so we can let you know a realistic timeline for when we'll have your order ready.
What are current pick up hours?
Monday - Friday: 11 am - 6 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10 am - 5 pm
I would love to have my gift wrapped, a note included, etc. Can you do that?
Of course! On the cart page you'll notice a box at the bottom that says "add a note to your order". Let us know there if your order contains any gift items that need to be wrapped, as well as what goes with what if there are multiple gifts on the order. If you are shipping directly to the gift recipient you can also let us know in the notes section what message or to/from we should include with the gift. Sometimes people to purchase a card for a specific occasion with their order and have us write a note in that card, otherwise notes are written on Ali's Wagon enclosure cards. We of course remove all price tags before wrapping!
General shipping updates.
This past year so many people adapted to shopping online with small stores like us and staying connected by mailing care packages to family & friends far and wide, it's been amazing to see and be a part of! Unfortunately due to COVID-19 all carriers are still working with smaller teams and absent workers due to social distancing, illness, etc. So even with the large volume of packages sent during the 2020 Holiday season now behind us (whew!) carriers are still operating with delays. We so wish we could do something about this, but once we hand a package to a carrier it's out of our hands (pun absolutely intended).
