Orders typically ship within 3 business days of receipt. During the holiday season (typically Thanksgiving through the end of January) please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship - because those are typically our high-volume periods, we may need extra time to process all orders as accurately as possible.
Upon placing your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
What are my shipping options?
You can choose! We have a handful of options from both United States Postal Service and UPS, as well as an In-Store Pick-Up option (this one is free!). When you go through the check-out process, you will be able to choose the shipping method that best suits your needs from a list of options. Please note, we currently are only offering shipping options to the USA.
