VIP NOTE: When checking out please keep in mind that unfortunately when using Apple/Google/ShopPay or PayPal these services auto select the cheapest shipping option without giving you a choice regarding pick up, shipping, carriers, local delivery, etc! In order to be able to select the option best for you please manually enter payment details at checkout.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped out within 3 days. That being said please keep in mind that due to ongoing and unpredictable shipping delays with all major carriers estimated ship times at check out will, unfortunately, sometimes be incorrect.
What are my shipping options?
You can ship your order via USPS or UPS depending on what carrier / time frame works best for you. Or if you are local and don't want to wait you can also can select the "pick up" option and we'll have your order ready for pick up from the shop within 24 hours. Alternatively for our neighborhood customers we offer free delivery within the 19130 & 19121 zip codes (select the shipping option, you will see "free delivery" is the first listed).
When will my order be ready for pick up?
We have all orders ready for pick up within 24 hours. Though most are ready same day, especially if placed during current open hours: 11 am - 6 pm Mon - Fri, 10 am - 5 pm Sat & Sun. If you need your order wrapped & ready ASAP just give us a call at the shop and we'll get it together as quickly as possible!
I want to use local delivery, when can I expect my order to be delivered?
All orders are packed up and ready to go ASAP and will be delivered within 3 days. Generally we try to get orders placed in the evening ready the next morning, and orders placed during in store hours (11 am - 6 pm Mon - Fri, 10 am - 5 pm Sat & Sun) ready that day. We make deliveries daily in the afternoons / evenings, but of course if you or whoever you are sending a gift to are not home we will reach out and attempt delivery the following day. If you need the order ASAP please reach out so we can see what we can do!
Can I track my package?
Upon placing your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, simply click the link to track your package! Can't find the email? Let us know and we can get the tracking info to you - email@example.com.
How are orders packaged for shipment?
We so appreciate every single order we receive and treat each one with care. All breakable items are wrapped in protective layers of bubble wrap (including one more layer for good luck, because better safe than sorry). Any flat items we're worried about being bent (stickers, cards, etc) are placed between cardboard to keep them flat. And we generally like sprucing up the box so you get to have fun unwrapping and looking through your new purchases!
My order is a gift - can you wrap it and / or include a note?
Of course! Everyone on staff genuinely loves to wrap gifts - we take extra care to take off price tags and wrap things up nicely! Please just let us know in the order comments (at the bottom of the cart page) that you would like your order to be gift wrapped, as well as if we should include a note from you and what it should say. If you already placed your order but it hasn't shipped yet no worries - call the shop at 215.787.0611 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP and we'll take care of it!
