Returns, Exchanges, & Refund Policies

Returns & exchanges will not be honored if they are sent back without contacting Ali's Wagon first! Please read the full policy below.

Returns:

  • With a copy of your receipt we will gladly accept an item for return/exchange within 40 days of purchase for online sales, and 30 days of purchase for brick & mortar sales. To be eligible for a return/exchange you must have a receipt. The item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received it and be unused and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Select items cannot be returned or exchanged including... gift cards, customized products, consignment items, and artisan items. Anything on sale or marked “Final Sale” is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • To initiate your return/exchange, or to contact us with any questions regarding a potential return/exchange, please call us at (215) 787-0611 or email us at orders@aliswagon.com.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all returns and exchanges. We suggest using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot issue a refund for item(s) until we receive them in store.
  • We are a small family-owned, brick-and-mortar store in Philadelphia without a big warehouse to accommodate a large inventory! We attempt to change our inventory frequently to highlight new and exciting products and bring in seasonal items; therefore our 40-day window for all returns and exchanges for all web orders & 30 days for brick and mortar sales is firm. 
  • Returns will not be honored if they are sent back without contacting Ali's Wagon first.

Refunds:

  • Once an online return is received and found to be in the original condition in which it was purchased, we will notify you of our receipt of your returned item and that your refund has been issued.
  • Your refund will be in the amount of the item(s) returned, and will not include the original shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • In store returns will be issued a refund immediately.
  • Refunds will be given however original payment was made - for example cash for cash payments or credited to the card associated with the original order. It may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to show up in your account for card purchases.

Exchanges:

  • We're more than happy to accommodate exchanges as needed. As with returns you must have proof of purchase and the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Exchanges will not be honored if they are sent back without contacting Ali's Wagon first.

Gifts:

  • If you have a gift receipt we're more than happy to accommodate an exchange or to issue store credit! Please contact us to see what we can do.
